All of our products fall under the category of Registered and Certified quality denomination (denominación de calidad "RC") of the PRORIOJA association which encompasses the products from La Rioja which fulfil certain established quality criteria, distinguishing them from other products. We also hold the Certification of Traditional Speciality Guarantee of Serrano Ham from Spain , granted by the Certifiers of Quality on 25 October 2001 and ISO 9001:2000 Certification, granted by AENOR (Spanish standards association) on 29 March 2001.
